New textbook: Programming Massively Parallel Processors

NVIDIA's David Kirk and Dr. Wen-mei Hwu from UIUC have written a textbook on using GPGPUs called  Programming Massively Parallel Processors: A Hands-on Approach.

The table of contents is here and looks very CUDA-centric.  The excerpt looks a lot like the freely available docs from NVIDIA.
